PACKAGING

  • Posters, photographs and art prints are rolled with thick paper to protect against dust before being packaged in corrugated triangular shipping containers. There is not an option at this time to ship the items flat.
  • Framed items are covered securely and placed in adjustable corrugated inserts that lock the frame in position.

Please note:

  • This is only a general guideline for our processing times. See your product details to see how soon a specific item is expected to ship. Processing begins only when successful payment has been applied to the order. Denied credit card authorizations or incorrect address fixes will delay processing start times.
  • Our FREE shipping policy applies for Standard delivery.
  • If you select Expedited or Overnight delivery for your order, you will receive priority processing which shortens the processing time; however, you are expected to pay extra for shipping cost during checkout. This service will start from September 2017. 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

You can quickly check the status of a current order with your order number and email address. As soon as your toys ship, we’ll send you a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. Tracking is not provided for international standard shipments.

No matter how much we love to offer our toys to every countries and every people in the world, our shipping agency does not provide services to these countries:

Is my package insured?

Artfini guarantees your satisfaction and we will give you a refund or a replacement for purchased items you are not satisfied with. In the remote event that your package is lost or damaged upon arrival, please contact our Customer Support Team.
